摘 要: | 水下连接器作为水下跨接管与水下生产设施的连接部件,是连接系统的重要组成部分。设计了2种不同的水下管汇水平连接器方案,第1种方案选用定位锥式安装方式,定位准确;第2种方案选用支撑臂式安装方式,操作快速。分析了这2种方案的结构组成和安装过程。在连接器及其安装工具、液压系统的结构方面,定位和对中功能的准确性,二次锁紧功能的可靠性等方面进行了对比。提出了改进建议。

Abstract: | Subsea connector,as a component for connecting subsea jumper and other subsea pro-duction facilities,is an important part of the subsea connection system.Two different subsea hori-zontal connectors for manifold were designed.In the first scheme,positioning cone for positioning and installation with high location accuracy was chosen,and in second scheme support arm for fast operation was selected.The structure and installation process of this two subsea connector were introduced in detail.The structure of the connector and its installation tools with the hydraulic system,the accuracy of location and centering function,the reliability of the secondary locking function have been compared.Finally,a suggestion for improvement is put forward on the basis of these two schemes. |
