环空压力控制阀的研究与应用

摘    要:塔河油田部分区块为特稠、超稠油藏,大多采用掺稀降黏生产方式,在完井作业时需要考虑掺稀通道的问题。对稠油井中带有封隔器的完井生产管柱,通常下入掺稀滑套;常规滑套需要对管柱进行正加压打开循环通道,滑套内部存在明显的缩径机构,对酸压施工的泵压和排量有一定的限制;影响了储层改造的效果。环空压力控制阀不需投球,只需对环空进行加压即可打开阀孔,不会对酸压和生产造成影响,能够更好地满足现场施工的要求。

Abstract:Part of the block reservoir in Tahe oilfield is the characters of extra or super heavy oil, for this kind of heavy oil reservoir,mining method of mixing thin oil of viscosity reduction is usu-ally adopted to reduce the viscosity of crude oil when completion operation the method of mixing light oil channel should be considered.When completion string is with a packer in heavy oil wells, it is usually designed with dilute sliding sleeve.The conventional sliding sleeve needs to pitch, suppressed to open flow channel,sliding sleeve contains reducing mechanism,which limits the pump pressure and discharge of fracturing operation.Annulus pressure control valve does not need to pitch and suppressed.Only the annulus suppressed can open flow channels,and won t af-fect acid fracturing and production,it is better to meets the technical requirements for real con-struction.
