妈湾发电总厂5号机组协调控制优化及自动发电控制应用

随着电网容量的不断扩大以及电网调度自动化水平的提高,自动发电控制(AGC)作为电网调度自动化的一项基本和重要功能已在各电厂逐步实现.AGC投入的前提条件是发电机组机炉协调控制系统(CCS)必须正常稳定运行.为此,对妈湾发电总厂5号机组CCS中锅炉主控和汽机主控的负荷指令、输入偏差、动态前馈、静态前馈、PID调节器参数等进行优化并通过大量动、静态试验和调整,使CCS运行品质优良.此外,还对CCS及AGC投切逻辑、接口等作了不少改进和完善,机组AGC也稳定投入,取得了较好的经济效益.

Coordinated Control Optimization and Application of Automatic Generation Control in Unit 5 of Mawan General Power Plant

With the steady expansion of power grid and the improvement on power grid dispatching automation,automatic generation control(AGC) has been realized step by step in power plants as a basic and important function. The prerequisite of AGC application is the normal and stable operation of turbine-boiler coordinated control system(CCS).Therefore,load instruction,input deviation,dynamic feedforward,static feedforward and PID regulator parameters,etc. of boiler master control and turbine master control in Unit 5 CCS of Mawan General Power Plant were optimized.Meanwhile,a large quantity of dynamic and static tests and regulations were made to enable superior operation of CCS.The CCS and AGC action logic,interface,etc.were also improved,and AGC of the unit was actuated stably,which brought about good economic benefits.
