摘    要:采用化学成分分析、金相组织检验,扫描电镜观察等方法对断裂的LL480汽车发动机连杆进行了分析。结果表明:连杆的断裂属于低应力疲劳断裂。连杆小头孔表面的切削刀痕是导致连杆断裂的主要原因。

Abstract:The fracture reasons for the LIA8Oconnecting rod were analyzed by chemical analysis, metallographic examination and SEM observation. The results show that the fracture of the LL480 connecting rod is due to low-stress fatigue fracture. The cutter marks of the surface of the connecting rod small end hole are the main reasons for the fatigue fracture.
