西藏某铜钼矿浮选工艺研究

摘    要:西藏某铜钼矿为一斑岩型铜矿,含铜0.0969%,含钼0.0892%,通过对该矿工艺矿物学研究,采用合理的浮选工艺流程及工艺条件,获得了较高的铜、钼选矿技术指标,钼精矿含钼49.55%、钼回收率82.25%,铜精矿含铜18.46%、铜回收率83.17%,且还综合回收了矿石中的铼。本研究对该矿铜钼资源的综合利用具有一定的积极意义。

MINERAL PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH FOR RECYCLING COPPER AND MOLYBDENUM FROM RAW MATERIALS IN TIBET

Abstract:One of a porphyry copper mine in Tibet,copper 0.0969%,0.0892% molybdenum,through the mineral processing was carried out,using a reasonable process to obtain not only a higher grade copper concentrate and molybdenum concentrate indicators,but also a better economic efficiency.The grade of molybdenum concentrate reached 49.55%,the recovery of molybdenum is 82.25%;and the grade of copper concentrate reached 18.46%,the recovery of copper concentrate is 83.17%.Accompanying rhenium also recovered.It is a positive significance for the copper-molybdenum mine in the comprehensive utilization of resources.
