| 摘 要： | 逆向工程技术是现代产品设计的一种重要手段,是消化和吸收先进技术的一种新方法,是先进制造技术的主力.三维CAD模型重构是逆向工程中的关键步骤.介绍了逆向工程的概念以及关键技术,全面分析了UG软件在逆向工程中的应用特点以及分析了利用UG进行曲面构造的方法和过程,总结了Imageware在数据点云处理优势以及进行数据处理的过程.利用学校现有的LSH-600型非接触式的三维激光扫描仪采集了汽车车身零件的几何数据,并详细介绍了数据采集的过程.最后结合Imageware和UG各自的优势,以汽车车身零件的三维模型的重构来讲述模型重构的过程.
