弧面凸轮工作廓面高频淬火工艺的研究

摘    要:通过对弧面凸轮工作环境和状态的研究,分析国内外目前弧面凸轮常用热处理方法优缺点,提出采用高频感应加热淬火的方法对弧面凸轮进行淬火加热.并在研究弧面凸轮加工方法、加工原理及高频淬火工艺的基础上,结合对孤面凸轮运动规律曲线、位移方程及感应加热原理的分析,利用三维制图软件Pro/E绘出弧面凸轮与感应线圈的位置关系及弧面凸轮从动件运动曲线,提出通过控制感应线圈模拟凸轮从动件的运动轨迹,达到对弧面凸轮工作廓面淬火的目的.
