摘    要:磁环电感由封闭的磁环绕上铜线制成,绕线机又是线圈生产质量好坏、产量高低的直接承担者.目前在我国生产的磁环电感中,绝大部分是依靠全手工或半自动化设备绕置而成.结合某磁环绕线机开发企业及磁环绕线加厂的实际需求,研发新的磁环绕线机,在Pro/E环境中实现了自动磁环绕线机的虚拟设计,并进行虚拟装配及运动仿真,提高了产品设计质量,缩短了设计周期,为自动磁环绕线机的整体设计提供了技术支持.同时,也可以为其它同类型机械CAD系统仿真设计研究提供参考.

Abstract:Magnetic ring inductance is made of magnetic ring wound with copper wire,which quality depends on the magnetic winding machine.At present,most of magnetic ring inductance relies on hand or semi-automated equipment.The virtual assembly and moving simulation have been done under the Pro/E environment after considering the practical requirements for wire winding.Thus,the design quality of the production is improved and the design period is also shortened,which provides technical support for the design of auto ...
