摘    要:针对生产低碳、高强度低合金钢热轧卷板时易出现麻面、翘皮等质量问题,进行了现场跟踪和分析,得出该缺陷的产生与加热炉炉辊工作状况、炉辊结构等有关。通过采取增加辊环宽度、调整炉辊输送速度、加大炉辊的更换和维护力度等措施,质量缺陷明显减少。

Abstract:In view of the problem of sticker breaks and seam defects of hot rolled coil and strip which are easily appeared in low carbon and high strength low alloyed steels, the causes are analyzed. The defects are obviously decreased by increasing roller wide of furnace, adjusting delivery speed of roll, changing and maintaining the furnace roll, etc.
