The Planning Design of Elder Apartments Fitting With the Elde Colture Industries Taking Songshan Sunset Glow Ecological Park Planning as An Example

Currently,more and more apartments for the aged have emerged around China,which contributes a lot to the development of the elder residential building design and construction.Nonetheless,a large part of those projects aim at improving the elders＇ living conditions and environment,but ignore the higher spiritual need of the aged,which in turn gives rise to the extension of the elderly industries.Focusing on the problems mentioned above,this article explores how to fit the planning and design of the elder apartments with the elder culture industries.
