实用单相并网逆变器的设计

摘    要:光伏发电系统的核心是并网逆变器,根据单相光伏并网逆变器的基本原理和控制策略,设计的单相并网逆变器采用前级DC/DC高频升压,后级DC/AC工频逆变的前后两级结构,这样的设计模式具有电路简单、性能稳定、转换效率高等优点。给出了硬件主回路,DC/DC控制模块选用的是SG3525控制芯片,DC/AC控制模块选用TI公司的DSP芯片TMS320F240作为控制CPU,通过其精确控制使整个逆变器可靠、稳定的工作。

Abstract:The core of a photovoltaic power system is the grid connected inverter.On the basic principle and control strategy of the single-phase photovoltaic grid connected inverter,this paper designs a single-phase grid connected inverter,using a DC/DC high-frequency voltage rise at the first stage and a DC/AC power frequency conversion at the second stage.This design mode has advantages such as simple circuit,stable performance,and high conversion efficiency.The main circuit of the hardware is given.The DC/DC control module uses SG3525 control chip,DC/AC control module uses TI Company's DSP chip TMS320F240 as control CPU.Through precise control,the whole converter can work steadily and reliably.
