| 摘 要： | 将LDAP应用到实际的PC－PC IP电话系统Cool-Audio呼叫中心的设计中，提出了一个基于LDAP的IP电话分布式呼叫中心的设计方案。该方案具有良好的可扩展性、可靠性、高效性等特点。
