钨丝/锆基非晶合金中钨丝微观动态变形特征

摘    要:研究W丝/Zr基非晶合金复合材料在高速冲击过程中材料的宏、微观响应特性,以及热效应对非晶合金基体相的作用机制,高速冲击状态下非晶合金复合材料组织演化规律。结果表明:W丝/Zr基非晶合金材料受到复杂应力的作用发生强烈的变形,钨丝存在扭曲、颈缩、劈裂、碎化等多种破坏形式;同时由于Zr基非晶合金基体特殊的约束作用,也为钨丝产生多样化的变形提供了空间,Zr基非晶合金基体与钨丝之间的相互作用机制,是钨丝出现各种变形形式的基础。

Abstract:High rate impact test of Wf/Zr-based amorphous matrix composites was conducted, and the deformation and fracture behaviors of tungsten fibers were investigated. The results show that Wf takes serious deformation under complex strain, the failure mode of tungsten fiber includes warping, necking, splitting and breaking, which results from the interaction mechanism of Zr-based armorphous matrix and tungsten fiber.
