摘    要:对Fe78Si9B13非晶合金带材破碎粉末制备磁粉芯中的粉末钝化工艺进行了研究。通过添加3类不同的钝化剂对铁基非晶粉末进行表面钝化处理后,可显著改善非晶磁粉芯的成形性及磁性能。改变钝化剂的配方和浓度、控制钝化程度是控制非晶磁粉芯性能(有效磁导率、品质因数Q、损耗、频率特性等)的有效手段之一。

Abstract:Influence of the surface passivation technology for Fe78Si9B13 amorphous powder on magnetic properties of powder core using same was investigated.It has been shown that the formability and magnetic properties of amorphous powder core can be significantly improved through powder surface passivation process of three types passivation substance.It is one of the effective methods of controlling magnetic properties of amorphous powder core(the effective magnetic permeability,quality factor Q,loss,frequency characteristics,etc.) by controlling the formulations and concentration of passivation agents and powder's passivated conditions.
