摘    要:运用"射钉法",准确地测定了板坯连铸机二冷区凝固坯壳厚度,得出了特定工艺条件下的凝固系数和液芯长度,为板坯高质量生产提供了重要依据。

Abstract:The solidified shell thickness of slab in the secondary cooling zone on slab caster was studied by using of nail-shooting technique.On the basis of the results of shell thickness,the solidification coefficient and liquid core length can be deduced under certain conditions,which will contribute greatly to the high quality production of slab.
