摘    要:比较电感耦合等离子发射光谱法、氢化物原子荧光法和石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定磷矿中铅的效果。实验研究了3种方法测定微量铅的检出限、相对标准偏差和回收率,均可满足测定要求。但石墨炉原子吸收光谱法和电感耦合等离子发射光谱法运行成本高;氢化物原子荧光法测定铅灵敏度高,检出限仅0.07μg/L,共存元素干扰小,线性范围宽,方法简便快捷,是测定微量和痕量铅的一种比较好的方法。

Abstract:The effect of 3 methods (ICP-OES, HG-FAS, GFAAS) for determination of trace lead in phosphate rock is contrasted. The detection limit, relative standard deviation and recovery rate of 3 methods for the determination of trace lead are studied, all can satisfy the requirement determination. But the operating costs of GFAAS and ICP-OES are high; The method of HG-FAS for determination of lead is high sensitivity, with the detection limit of 0.07 μg/L, little interference of coexistence elements, wide linear range, simple and rapid method, is a better method for determination of micro and trace lead.
