Abstract:This paper researches that under the condition of single-phase power supply, how to design a simplified and efficient three-phase voltage-stabilized power supply for powering-up small power motors to substitute three-phase motor for single-phase motor to enhance mechanical efficiency and operation stationarity of driving motors within the small power range, thus the objectives of high efficiency, save energy, noise reduction and environmental protection would be achieved. The MCU-controlled technologies of numerical control phase shift, zero crossing comparison, phase position detection, pulse width modulation (PWM) and wave filtering are adopted in the scheme. The designed translation circuit of converting single-phase into three-phase is simulated and also its output voltage waveform is analyzed by using PROTEUS software. The simulation results indicate that the goal of providing high-efficiency three-phase regulated power supply for small power load can be realized under the condition of single-phase power supply.
