Commonly used grinding for ball bearing production was discussed. Based on the discussion, pre-phase analysis for ball bearing using NX software was introduced, NC inter- polation method for ball bearing manufacturing was determined and grinding program was made by NX software. High-precision ball bearing made in this way meets the requirements of the drawings, improves the labor efficiency, reduces the production cost and increases the economic benefit.
