摘    要:对相同外形尺寸的无槽无刷直流电动机和有槽无刷直流电动机进行性能测试,并作一些对比和分析,为对无槽无刷直流电动机的基本技术性能的了解,提供了一个具体的和实际的例子,对有着槽和无槽电动机的热了阻进行了测试和对比,然后从电动机的温升最终限制电动机输出功率的角度出发,说明同样外形尺寸情况下,无槽电动机可能会有较大的输出功率。

Abstract:By testing two brushless DC motors, a slotless one and a slotted one who have the same outer shape and size, making some comparison and analysis, this paper provided a specific and actual example which may be useful for knowing the basic performance of slotless brushless DC motor. By testing and comparing thermal resistance of the soltless and stotted motors and from the fact that motor's temperature rise limits the output power finally. A result that slotless motor may have much output power than slotted one having the same outer shape and size can be obtained.
