地区中压配电网容载比的研究

摘    要:根据现行《城市电力网规划设计导则》中的容载比计算公式,基于典型地区电网的实际情况,考虑影响配电网建设规模的主要因素,深入分析各个参数的构成及意义,提出了确定10 kV配电网容载比的方法;提出把整个地区划分为若干个片区,分区计算变电容载比的方法。给出了应用算例,验证了该方法能有效的用于地区中压配电网容载比规划中。

Abstract:According to calculating formulas of capacityload ratio in the current " Planning and Designing Rule of Urban Power Network", based on the actual conditions of the regional power grid,this paper considers the main factors that affect the construction scale of distribution networks and analyzes the composition and meaning of each parameter deeply.The improving method of ascertaining the capacity-load ratio of 10kV distribution networks is proposed.It divides the region into several parts,and evenly calculates the varying capacity-load ratio by parts.This paper provides calculating example as well,which demonstrates that the method is effetive to plan the capacity-load ratio of MV distribution networks.
