多产异构烷烃的工艺研究进展

摘    要:介绍了国外UOP、Exxon、ABB Lummus Global/Akzo Nobel等公司主要的工业化烷烃异构化新工艺,以及国内石油化工科学研究院(RIPP)等多产异构烷烃催化裂化新工艺。这些工艺显著的特点是多产异构烷烃反应温度均控制得比较低,即低温有利于异构化反应,国外异构化反应器为固定床,工艺分为单程和循环异构化工艺,国内采用提升管与流化床结合的单程异构化工艺。

Abstract:The main new industrialized processes for maximizing isoparafflns of UOP, Exxon, ABB Lummus, Glob-al /Akzo Nobel, and RIPP at home and abroad were introduced. The distinct characteristic of the maximizing isoparafflns processes was low reaction temperature. The reactor at abroad was fixed bed and the process was divided into single pass and circulation. The process for maximizing isoparaffins at home was single pass combining lift pipe with fluidized bed.
