燃油锅炉配风器流动特性数值模拟研究

摘    要:采用κ-ε模型,对配风器内回流区分布特性进行CFD模拟研究,以优化配风器结构,达到最优回流区分布.研究结果表明:入口角度减小,回流区尺寸减小,配风器沿程压损减小;入口速度降低,回流区尺寸减小,配风器沿程压损减小;压力增大,回流区尺寸增大,压损增大;流场温度增大,回流区增大,压损减小.

Abstract:For optimizing recirculation zone of the air distributed organ,CFD numerical simulation study on the flow fields and the recirculation zone distribution in the air distributed organ of oil-fired boilers are implemented using κ-ε model.The simulation result agrees well with the analytic results.It is showed that the size of the recirculation zone and the pressure loss decrease,while the angle degree of the inlet decreases;and the size of the recirculation zone and the pressure loss decrease,while the velocity of the inlet decreases;and the size of the recirculation zone increases,and the pressure loss decreases,while the temperature increases.
