Abstract:In order to ensure that the space camera works reliably in its entire period, the special experiment design of the space environment for space camera is presented according to the characteristics of the space environment and the space camera. The design scheme includes the optical property validation test, MTF test, the special experiment of the temperature focus coefficient in the thermal vacuum environment, structure performance test to examine the stability of carbon fiber composite, the special experiment of electronics performance to verify the electronic components whether satisfy the need for the function and capability of the space camera, the special experiment to validate the reliability and the life of moving parts. The experiment results of applying these special experiments to a certain space camera show that MTF of panchromatic CCD in different condition achieves the index requirements, realizes the purposes of verifying optical properties, structure characteristics and electronics characteristics. At present, the space camera on-orbit mission is running well and able to adapt to the need of the space environment.
