| Abstract: | Starting from research progress of testing and evaluation tools of occupational aptitude in the world around,this paper analyses the relevant research status in China.It introduces some common tools of testing and evaluation of occupational aptitude,and explores the choices of testing and evaluation tools of occupational aptitude from the viewpoint of methodology and functionality. |
