| 摘 要： | 新一代运营系统和软件是下一代网络管理领域的研究热点，下一代IP网作为下一代网络的核心，IP计费也成为新一代运营系统中最重要的功能之一。提出了改进的计费参考模型，在此基础上提出了IP计费功能模型，分析了新一代运营系统和软件中计费系统和网管系统的接口，并设计和实现了一个基于功能模型的原型系统。

| Abstract: | New emerging demands in network management of next generation network have addressed focus on the next generation operation and support system and software(NGOSS), and IP billing is one of the most important functionalities future networks need to offer. An IP billing functional model was proposed based on an improved reference model, and the interfaces between IP billing system and the network management system in NGOSS were analyzed. To demonstrate the functional model, a prototype was designed and implemented. |
