CO2泡沫调剖实验研究

摘    要:CO2驱油在很多油田得到了应用,但其气窜、波及系数低、采出程度不高是亟待解决的问题。泡沫调剖应用的关键是选择性能优良的起泡剂,文章基于草舍油田特点及表面活性剂对比试验,选择表面活性剂YFP-2作为起泡剂。封堵实验结果表明,阻力因子大于2.4,产生的泡沫足够稳定,能有效地起到封堵作用;残余阻力因子大于1.64,表明经过泡沫流甚至经过后续水驱的岩心中仍然保持一定的流动阻力,具有使流动介质转向的能力。因此YFP-2可用于草舍油田CO2泡沫调剖。

Abstract:CO2 drive is applying in many oilfields,but its gas blow-by,low sweep efficiency and low recovery degree are needed to solve immediately.It is key to select a good performance foam agent in applying foam profile control.The paper selected surfactant YFP-2 as foam agent on the basis of the characteristics of Caoshe oilfield and contrast test of surfactant.The results of plugging off experiment indicate that YFP-2 foam agent can plug efficiently because its resistance factor is larger than 2.4 and foam is very steady.And residual resistance factor is bigger than 1.64,so it always have flowing resistance and power to change flow direction in the rock after foam drive even water flooding subsequently.So YFP-2 can be used in carbon dioxide-foam profile control in Caoshe oilfield.
