乙醇——水系统的加盐萃取蒸馏

摘    要:实验研究在内径50毫米不锈钢塔内进行。精馏段采用14块筛板,提馏段3块,氯化钙加入量为进料量的1.2(重量)%时,将X_F=0.263的饱和液体蒸馏,能获得组成为X_D=0.962的塔顶产品,从而证实了采用加盐萃取蒸馏法,能使乙醇——水混合物越过其恒沸组成,可制得无水乙醇。同时,讨论了加盐萃

Abstract:Experimental work is carried out in a stainless steel tower with 50mm ID. In rectifying section 14 sieve plates, are used, and in stripping section 3 sieve plates. When amount of adding calcium chlorid equals 1.2 (wt) % of feed, rectifying saturated liquid with x_F= 0.263 can obtain top product with x_D=0.962, thereby it is proved that applying salt-adding extractive distillation method can enable ethanol-water mixture to pass beyond its azeotropic composition and can make up anhydrous ethanol. At the same time, difficult respect of predictive engineering calculation of salt-adding extractive distillation process is also discussed.
