三斜销延时抽芯的压铸模设计

摘    要:壳体铸件三面带孔,需要三向侧抽芯,同时铸件对定模型芯的包紧力较大,而推出机构通常设置在动模,为使铸件留在动模,故设计了斜销延时抽芯机构。论述了壳体铸件压铸模工作原理,通过计算确定了抽芯力和抽芯距离以及斜销直径。模具结构紧凑,布局合理,生产效率高,成形工件满足质量要求。

Abstract:The shell casting with three holes in three sides needs three direction side core pulling, and simultaneously the enveloping force towards the fixed die core is great, while the ejector usually sets on the moving die, so in order to make the casting on the moving die, the angle pin for time-lapse core pulling has been designed. The working principle of the die casting mould has been discussed, and the core pulling force,the core pulling distance and the diameter of the angle pin have been confirmed by calculation. The mould structure is compact, the distribution is reasonable, the productive efficiency is high, and the casting meets the quality request.
