摘    要:介绍了一种用于检测、维护和管理蓄电池组的分布式智能巡检仪,通过MCU(微控制单元)检测24路蓄电池组单体电压和温度信号,将数据打包并实时地传送到CAN总线,供上位机接收、处理、分析、显示和诊断等。巡检仪可靠性强,控制电路简单,适用于各种蓄电池组的监测维护。

Abstract:A distributed intelligent measuring instrument for monitoring storage batteries with CAN interface is proposed.After detecting the voltage,current and temporal information of the storage batteries,the MCU packs and sends it to the host through CAN bus in real time.The host handles,processes,displays and diagnoses the batteries with the data.This system is reliable and has simple control circuit,and is suitable for many kinds of testing of storage batteries.
