玻璃熔窑蓄热室格子体设计

摘    要:
介绍了最常用的几种格子砖使用情况,指出国内一些熔窑格子体存在的问题,提出了以熔窑所需的单位助燃空气量(Nm3/s)来计算格子体体积的方法.并对采用不同类型的格子砖进行了实例计算.文章还针对格子体的工况条件,提出了比较适合我国国情的格子体材料选配方案.

Abstract:
Service status of several common checker was introduced,some open questions on checker in China were pointed out and computational method of checker volume was presented.The checker volume should be calculated based on unit combustion air(Nm3/s) required by furnace.Practical calculation with different checker brick was also demonstrated.The material choice for checkers,which is suitable for our country's situation,was put forward according to technical conditions of checkers.
