信息通信设备状态检修系统的研究与应用

摘    要:阐述了对电力信息通信设备实施状态检修的意义和作用,提出了信息通信状态检修系统的开发思路,制定了系统的工作流程,将状态检修模式的普遍优点与电力信息通信网络实际相结合,实现设备故障预警、信息通信系统事故反思及反事故演习、故障辅助分析、故障辅助排除、信息通信网络及设备状态评价、状态检修计划、检修策略辅助制定和设备风险评价等多项功能,为电力信息通信网络稳定、安全运行提供重要保障。

Abstract:This paper discusses the significance and role of implementing a condition-based maintenance system for power information communication equipments,proposes its development ideas and system workflows.The proposed system combines the advantages of condition-based maintenance mode with the situations of power information communication network,and provides the functions including equipment fault alarm,information communication system accident review and drill,aided fault analysis and fault elimination,information communication network and equipment condition assessment,drawing up maintenance plans and equipment fault risk assessment.The system will offer an important guarantee for the stable and safe operation of power information communication network.
