ERP中工程项目辅助转资转设备方案的设计与实现

以缩短工程项目决算周期,提高资产精益化管理水平为目的,在资产全寿命周期管理理论指导下,建立标准的工程项目辅助转资转设备业务流程。在此基础上基于ERP系统,采用标准功能和增强程序相结合的方式,通过物料组件上的资产分类建立项目工作分解结构与资产的关联,通过资产分类、设备分类对应关系,建立资产与设备的关联,通过抽象费用分摊业务建立费用分摊模型,从而实现工程项目辅助转资转设备,实现资产账、卡、物一致。

Design and Implementation of the Aided Creation of the Fixed Assets and Equipments Solution in ERP Projects

To shorten the cycle of engineering final accounts and improve the level of assets lean management,this paper establishes a standard business process of the aided creation of the fixed assets and equipments based on the life-cycle asset management theory.Further,for an example of ERP system,combining standard functions with enhanced functions,the relationship between the project work breakdown structure(WBS) and assets is built via the asset classifications of material components,the relationship between assets and equipments is also built via the corresponding relationship of the asset classifications and the equipment ones,and a cost-sharing model is also built by extracting the cost-sharing business.The integrated application of the above ways makes the aided creation of the fixed assets and equipments come into true and achieves the aim of bringing into correspondence with the asset ledger,the asset card and the asset.
