基于物元模型的招标评标方法研究

从投标报价、技术组织情况、工程管理情况、企业综合情况四个方面构建了工程项目招标评标的指标体系，并运用物元模型构建了招标评标模型，以期较为客观和全面地反映投标人情况，从而为建设方科学合理选择中标入提供依据。

Research on tender and bid evaluation method based on matter-element model

This paper constructs the index system of the engineering project tender and bid evaluation from four aspects of bidding quotation, technological organization condition, engineering management condition and enterprise integrated condition, and establishes tender and bid eval- uation model by applying matter-element model, with a view to objectively and comprehensively reflect the bidder＇ s condition, and to provide basis for reasonably selecting tender of the construction part.
