重油催化裂化生产系统的安全评价

摘    要:分析了某石化公司重油催化裂化生产中各工艺段及所含物料的火灾危险性,运用美国道(DOW)化学公司的火灾、爆炸危险指数评价法对该生产系统中的反应-再生、分馏、吸收稳定和脱硫、脱硫醇四个单元进行了火灾爆炸危险评价,确定各单元的火灾爆炸危险性等级及各单元安全措施补偿系数,并估算出暴露区域的财产损失,对该生产系统的管理状况、设备设施等方面提出预防事故发生的建议.
