摘    要:根据电力系统实际情况,提出一种结合S变换和希尔伯特变换检测Budeanu定义的无功功率的方法。S变换可高效准确地求出各频率分量的电压、电流有效值。Hilbert变换将各次频率分量电压分别平移90°,不受频带宽度的限制。该方法可以检测出各频率分量的无功功率和总无功功率。通过仿真和实测数据试验结果表明,该检测方法精度高,满足实际电网需求。

Abstract:According to the actual situation of power systems, a new method is proposed by using S-transform and Hilbert-transform to measure reactive power based on the definition of Budeanu. RMS values of voltage and current for every frequency component can be accurately obtained by S-transform. Hilbert-transform shifts the voltage of every frequency component for 90 degrees, which is not limited by the frequency bandwidth. This method can acquire the reactive power of every frequency component and the total reactive power. Simulation and actual measurement results show that this method features high measurement accuracy and can meet the measurement needs of actual power networks.
