摘    要:采用浸渍法制备WO<,3>含量相同和NiO含量不同的系列加氢裂化催化剂.利用XPS和TEM等对催化剂进行表征,结果表明,引入适量Ni,有利于提高W的硫化度,WS<,2>片晶长度随NiO含量增加而增长,而片晶堆垛层数随Ni含量增加呈现出先增大后减小的趋势.以十二烷为模型化合物评价催化剂加氢裂化性能,结果表明,随着NiO含...

Abstract:A series of the hydrocracking catalysts with constant WO3 loading and different NiO contents were prepared by impregnation method and characterized by XPS and TEM. The results indicated that the introduction of Ni was beneficial to sulfidity enhancement of W phase, and WS2 slab length increased and layer numbers of WS2 slabs first increased and then decreased with the increase of NiO contents. The hydrocracking activity of these catalysts were investigated using dodecane as the model compound in a microreactor. It results showed that variation trend of the catalyst activity was similar to that of layer numbers of WS2 slabs and the hydrocracking catalyst with 6% NiO ( mass fraction) exhibited the optimal activity and had the most layer number of WS2 slabs.
