煤系伴生矿物介电常数和摩擦带电实验研究

摘    要:研究煤炭中伴生矿物的电性质和摩擦带电,将有利于增强对微粉煤摩擦电选过程的理解.对黄铁矿、高岭石、石英和方解石四种矿物进行了实验研究.不同温度和湿度条件下,各矿物的介电常数随温度的升高逐渐减小,随湿度的增加逐渐增大;而矿物的摩擦带电量随温度的升高逐渐增大,随湿度的增加逐渐减小.温度和湿度对矿物的介电常数和摩擦带电量影响较大,因此,摩擦电选过程中,应控制好分选的温度和湿度.

Abstract:It is useful to study the electric property and tribocharging of minerals companying with coal that can be helpful to know the triboelectrostatic beneficiation of fine coal. Pyrite, kaolinite, quartz and calcite are systemically studied. At different temperature and humidity, the dielectric constant of minerals is reduced and the tribocharging magnitude is enhanced when the temperature increases and the dielectric constant is enhanced and the tribocharging magnitude is reduced when the humidity increases. Temperature and humidity have great effect on the dielectric constant and tribocharging magnitude of minerals and so the two parameters should be controlled appropriately during the triboelectrostatic beneficiation.
