高速摄影机用超高速轴承设计

当轴承转速达到 2× 10 5r/min时 ,轴承的保持架极易遭到破坏 ,为避免发生这样的情况 ,设计了一种新型轴承组件机构 ,该组件利用了机械传动中转速与半径成反比的原理 ,在不降低主轴转速的情况下仅降低轴承转速 ,从而避免了因高速造成的保持架损坏。附图 8篇。

Design for Super High Speed Bearing Used in High Speed Camera

When bearing speed reachs 2 × 105 r/min, the cage is much easily to be damaged.In order to avoid producing such case, one kind of new type bearing unit is designed. This unit only re-duces bearing speed without reducing spindle speed, so the cage damage causeed by high speed is avoid-ed.
