摘    要:为冶金废水水处理技术评估提供一个优化决策方法。基于PSR模型建立评估指标体系,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,然后云重心评判法进行评估,最后用加权偏离度来衡量工艺的综合评判结果,得出评估结果。使用文中所述方法对某工艺评估,得到的结果符合实际情况,该方法不仅可以用以单个工艺的评估,还可用来比较多个工艺,进行工艺优选。此方法简单易行,可操作性强,得出的结果与实际结果相符,可以为冶金行业污水处理工艺的评估与优选提供一定的依据。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the metallurgical waste water treatment process,the evaluation index system was constructed based on PSR model. The method was the model of membership cloud gravity center( MCGC) based on analytic hierarchy process( AHP). Finally,using weighted θ to weight the deflection degree between the treatment process and perfect state showed the efficiency of the process that the result was tally with the actual situation and provided a good way for effectiveness evaluation of the waste water treatment process.
