变压器铁耗及铜耗在线测试方法研究

摘    要:首先介绍了变压器损耗产生原理,通过与传统变压器损耗测试方法比较,提出了以电流、电压求和法测量变压器铁耗、铜耗的新方法,并详细阐述了用该方法在线测试变压器铁耗和铜耗的实现原理。选用三相自耦式变压器,纯电阻负载为对象进行模拟实验。以一相为例说明其模拟实验接线图,得到铁耗及铜耗在线测试数据,并对数据进行了误差分析。验证了在线测试变压器铁耗及铜耗原理的正确性。

Abstract:The theory of the transformers loss is first introduced.By the comparison with the traditional testing method of transformers loss,one new method of testing for transformers iron loss and copper loss based on the sum of current and voltage is presented.And the realizable theory of online testing for transformers iron loss and copper loss is discussed in detail.Three-phase autotransformer with pure resistor load is chosed for the simulation experiments.Take one phase for example,the figure of circuit for simulation experiments is showed.The online testing data of the iron loss and the copper loss are obtained,and the error of the data is analyzed.The correctness of the theory of online testing for transformers iron loss and copper loss is confirmed.
