摘    要:采用灰口铸铁作为基体材料,在不预热情况下通过增加Ni25过渡合金熔覆层,再用Ni45合金进行熔覆实验;由于过渡合金熔覆层中的Ni提高了奥氏体的稳定性,缓解了组织内产生的残余应力,减缓硬度梯度,多次堆焊加热使其热应力在该区域得到缓释,消除裂纹产生。同时又由于Ni45熔覆层中的高Cr使钢的共析成分点左移,同时产生Cr19Fe7Ni11金属化合物,因此提高了修复层的硬度,熔覆层厚度6mm。经修复后的罗茨鼓风机转鼓,加工后能满足机械装配精度及设备厂性能,耐磨性大大提高。

Abstract:Used Grey Iron as bulk material, the laser bead welding experiment was proceeded by adding Ni25 transition alloy welding layer and choosing Ni45 alloy welding in the case of no pro-heating. The Ni added alloying agents changed the percentage of Austenite in the laser cladding layer, so increased the plasticity and ductility of the matrix and bead welding layer, and then depressed the cracks. Meanwhile, high level of Cr of nickel-base alloy can made eutectoid point left shift, and engender metallic compound Cr19Fe7Ni11,so the hardness of bead welding layer was increased. after rebuilt rotating clrum of blast engin, wear-resisting property was increase
