摘    要:采用两亲性有机硅烷作为介孔模板剂、小分子有机胺为微孔导向剂一步法水热合成出了多级孔道TS-1分子筛.采用XRD、UV-vis、FT-IR、N2吸附、SEM、MAS NMR和TGA手段对合成样品进行了结构表征,同时考察了其催化氧化性能.结果表明,所合成样品除微孔范围内的0.55 am孔道外,还拥有孔径为3.7nm的均一介孔孔道;相比于常规TS-1,此样品拥有较为疏水的表面.与常规TS-1相比,在催化环己烯环氧化反应中,多级孔道TS-1凭借拥有中孔孔道,得到近两倍的转化率;同时由于多级孔道TS-1的表面羟基较少,有效地避免了环氧化产物的开环反应,因此环氧化物的选择性也是常规TS-1的2倍.

Abstract:A facile,controllable route to synthesize mesoporous TS-1 by the aid of amphiphilic organosilane was reported. The physicochemical properties of the resultant were characterized by various techniques including XRD, UV vis, FT-IR, N2 adsorption, SEM, MAS NMR and thermal analysis, and their catalytic performance for cyclohexene epoxidation was also investigated. The mesoporous TS-1 featured the properties of conventional TS-1 but further with a mesopore of about 3.7 nm and a more hydrophobic surface. Compared with conventional TS-1, about twice cony ersion in cyclohexene epoxidation was obtained over mesoporous TS-1, which is attributed to an easier access of bulky molecules to the catalytic active sites. Moreover, the epoxide selectivity in eyclohexene epoxidation over mesoporous TS-1 was almost two times as much as that over conventional TS-1 owing, to fewer hydroxyl groups of the mesoporous TS-1.
