| 摘 要： | 针对冶金连铸轧钢在线板坯自动控制计量的研究,找到一种合理利用工艺时间间隔,提高连铸轧钢生产效率的方法。实现自动控制称重计量,大大减少了人员劳动强度及人力成本,提高冶金行业的经济效益。该研究具有通用性强、结构简单、控制系统可靠等特点,适合目前冶金行业的生产线改造。

| Abstract: | For metallurgical continuous casting rolling slab line automatic control measures research, to find a reasonable utilization process interval, improvement of casting rolling production efficiency approach. To realize the automatic control of weighing, greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and labor cost, to improve the metallurgical industry economic benefits. This research has strong versatility, simple structure, control system reliability, for the metallurgical industry production line rebuilding. |
