摘    要:介绍湖南水口山集团有限公司八厂100kt/a铅冶炼烟气制酸转化系统的改造及运行.为符合环保要求,新增1台带内置换热器的转化器作为第五段,将ⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ“3+1”流程改为ⅢⅠ-ⅤⅣⅡ“3+2”流程.改造后,尾气ρ(SO2)一直保持在400 mg/m3以下,达标排放.

Abstract:Retrofitting and operation of conversion section in Hunan Shuikoushan Group Co.,Ltd.No.8 Factory’s 100 kt/a lead smelter sulphuric acid plant are described.For environmental regulatory conformance,the plant process was changed fromⅢⅠ-ⅣⅡ"3+l"toⅢⅠ-ⅤⅣⅡ"3+2 "by installing a new convertor as the fifth bed,with a built-in heat exchanger.After retrofitting,the S02 concentration of tail gas has been maintained below 400 mg/m~3,the limit of national emission standard.
