| 摘 要： | 在湿法炼锌的基础上,开发了硫酸锌溶液深度净化新技术,并通过采用一次隔膜电积法的新工艺制备获得了高级锌。研究结果表明,该新工艺生产的锌产品含量超过99.998%,达到了高级锌的标准。通过进一步的工艺优化,采用一次电积方法可获得5N高纯锌,可为无汞锌粉生产等解决原料来源问题。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of mercury-zinc raw material sources,based on the zinc hydrometallurgy,it developed a new technology of deep purification of zinc sulfate solution,and by the new process that using once diaphragm electrowinning,it got high grade zinc. The research results showed that the production of the new process of zinc products reached the 99. 998% standard of high grade zinc and the realization of 5N high purity zinc by once electrowinning is possible. |
