风电配套电池储能电站的仿真研究

摘    要:对利用电池储能电站平滑风电场的输出,减小风电输出功率的波动对电网的影响进行了仿真研究。以基于铅酸蓄电池的电池储能电站为研究对象,建立了基于铅酸蓄电池三阶动态等效电路模型的电池储能电站动态数学模型;设计了一种考虑铅酸蓄电池荷电状态的一阶滤波有功控制策略;应用Matlab软件中的Simulink环境,以建立的数学模型为基础搭建了仿真平台。以随机风为例,对采用电池储能电站平滑并网风电场有功功率输出进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明电池储能电站在动态平滑风电场有功功率输出的同时,还得到了有效保护。

Abstract:The possibility of employing battery energy storage system BESS for providing auxiliary service to enhance the power performance of windturbine generator system is studied. A mathematic model of leadacid battery based on third order nonlinear dynamic model is presented, and control systems for regulating StateofCharge of a battery are proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed system is demonstrated through the computer simulations using Matlab/Simulink in which wind turbulence is studied. By using this control strategy, battery energy storage system can smooth the wind power output without overcharge and overdischarge.
