| 摘 要： | 由于土地资源日趋减少,以高层住宅为主要居住模式的现象必然产生,其对城市空间的影响也不可避免。本文借鉴了香港地区高层建筑与城市共建和谐关系的处理手法,细致地分析了高层住宅底层空间的优缺点,提出相应的改善措施。

| Abstract: | In virtue of the land resource is decreasing gradually, the main residential mode focused around high-rise residential buildings as a sort of phenomenon should be engender and its influence on urban space should be unavoidable.
