摘    要:介绍了环烷酸缓蚀剂的制备、评价方法以及评价结果,结果表明:自制磷酸酯对环烷酸及高温硫腐蚀具有较好的抑制作用,改性后效果进一步提高,对低硫高酸原料缓蚀率达到96.7%以上,对高硫高酸原料缓蚀率达到81.5%以上。

Abstract:The preparation, evaluation method and result of naphthenic acid corrosion inhibitors are expounded. The result shows that the phosphates prepared by Research Institute of Petrochemical Engineering Technology / LPEC has good inhibition effect on naphthenic acid corrosion and high temperature corrosion, and the effect has been further increased after modification. Corrosion inhibition rate for low sulfur and high acid content feedstock has reached 96.7% and for high sulfur and high acid content feedstock reached 81.5% .
