南水北调中线工程河北段引水隧洞线路优化

摘    要:南水北调中线工程历经10余年的规划、初步设计期间,河北省水利水电勘测设计研究院对7条隧洞线路进行了大量精细设计优化工作,仅吴庄隧洞就进行了5次补充勘察,7条线路方案的比选。从洞线工程地质条件、工程投资、有利施工及方便管理等综合因素进行反复比选。经过洞线优化,解决了隧洞进出口深挖方问题,节省了大量耕地;避开构造发育地段,洞室围岩自稳能力提高;实施方案施工难度减小,节省了投资,工程后期运用及管理条件改善,线路优化取得了明显的综合效益。

The Optimization to Diversion Tunnel Route in Hebei Section of Mid-Rout in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project

Abstract:The Mid-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is a oversize water transfer project in China. There are 7 tunnels in Hebei Province channel section, and its total length is 8783m, these are double tunnel free-flow tunnel The width of tunnel is 10. 0m~5.6m from up-stream to downstream,and the design flow rate is 135 m~3~60 m~3. The tunnels crossed many geological layers such as dolomite-sandstone,sand-stone and limestone. The South-to-North Water Transfer project has gone through 10 years' planning and primary designing. The institute got through many design optimized jobs to the 7 tunnels. Only to Wuzhang Tunnel, 5 times of complementary investigation and 7 times of line scheme choice are finished. It compared the geological condition, investment and management of tunnels. By the optimization, it solved the problems of deep digging of inlet and outlet, saved the investment and gains the obvious economic profit.
