基于多系统数据源的网损管理平台建设

加强网损管理,降低输电网电能损耗,是提高供电公司经济效益和落实国家节能减排工作的重要手段。简要分析了当前国内网损管理现状,提出基于多系统数据源的网损管理平台建设思路,并从基于CIM的模型建立、多系统数据源处理、应用功能等方面详细介绍了平台的设计方案。最后结合现阶段国家电网公司智能电网调度技术支持系统建设情况,对平台建设前景进行了展望。

A Grid Loss Management System Based on Distributed Multi-data Sources

Grid loss management is very important in electric company, which can reduce grid loss and enhance economic benefit. It is also a good way to put energy conservation and carbon emission reduction program of China into effect. This paper generally analyzes the actualities of grid loss management in China and the necessity of building grid loss management system. Then it gives a solution based on CIM and distributed Multi-data source technique. At last, it discusses the influence of smart grid supervision and control sys- tem to grid loss management.
